Yes, ALLEON is owned by a Congolese - Akulayi Kanyiki, who lives in Germany.

We typically ship out all orders within 1-2 business days unless it's a
pre-order. Delivery date depends on your location and shipping method.
It can take 4-8 business days for international shipping and 2-4 business days for shipping within Europe. For more info about our shipping please visit or SHIPPING page. 

We are always updating our inventory with new styles and occasional may restock sold out items. If you are interested in purchasing an item that's currently unavailable, please contact us at support@alleon-cologne.com and we will inform you if an item will be restocked or discontinued. For items that will be restocked, we will let you know the expected time of arrival.

Yes, we allow the return and exchange of unworn and unwashed items if we receive them within 30 days after it was delivered to you. For additional details on returns and exchanges, visit our RETURNS and EXCHANGES page.

Yes, our items typically run true to size. You can view the size chart for each product on its product page. Please see our Size Guide page for general information about sizing and how to measure. Note that due to manual measurements, there may be a difference of 1 to 3 cm in the end product of our custom made clothing.

We guarantee that colors and the styles are the same as what you see in the model pictures but due to variations in computer calibration / resolution, the color shown on your computer screen may be slightly different from the exact color of the item. Products may not be exactly 100% on your body as the model photo because of variations in body shape. 

Your Pre-Order Article will only be shipped once they are available on our website alleon-cologne.com on the specific date. You will receive an email about the arrival of your pre-order Article in stock and about the shippment status.

We do custom orders for special occassions. Please do contact us via support@alleon-cologne.com to discuss the details. Feel free to send us your measurements (cloth length, bust, hips, waist) or get in touch through our customer service and we will happily guide you through the measuring process.

Generally we respond within 24 hrs.

Office hours- Monday- Friday, 9am-5pm CET. Customer Service is currently not available on Saturdays and Sundays.

Yes we do offer wholesale and bulk discount for 10 or more items. You can email us at sales@alleon-cologne.com to discuss bulk purchase for your business or occassions.

We do not use Afterpay. But we use Klarna. Please select the your payment at the check out.
