THE OBJECT STORY

Kasai Weave Catchall Tray

A functional tray transformed through tactile surface, graphic rhythm and restrained monochrome form.

Kasai Weave Catchall Tray – surface and form detail
01 — THE SURFACE

Pattern at the edge.

The Kasai Weave relief wraps the border with irregular diagonal rhythm, creating depth without overwhelming the object.

02 — THE OBJECT

Everyday function, considered form.

A shallow rectangular shape gives keys, jewellery and small objects a defined place while keeping the silhouette visually quiet.
