Right of withdrawal

You always have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is counted from the day of the delivery of the good(s) in your order. The easiest way to exercise your right of withdrawal is to simply fill in the return form and return the goods to us. You will find the instructions on how to do this on the return link in customer service.

However, to meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to let us know about your decision to withdraw from your order, before the withdrawal period has expired. Contact us via info@alleon-cologne.com

Effects of withdrawal

We will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of our standard delivery option, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment that you used to pay for your order and this will not cause you any extra fees. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 28 days from the day on which you received your item(s). All our parcels contain a pre-paid return label for you to use when you send the items back.

How to return an item:

You can return any item for a refund or a different size or colour within 14 days after receiving your original order. Therefore the item should have been kept in a reasonable condition, this means the item should not have been worn, washed, soiled, damaged or altered. Also the labels and tags on the items should be intact and a copie of the shipping receipt attached to the Return Form.

Put a copy of your invoice with the item in your shipping bag or a box.

If you are returning an item from a non-European country please also write "return for refund" on the box and declare it as "return for refund" otherwise the German customs office might hold the box and it will take a long time for us to receive the parcel and for you to be refunded.
