Free Standard German Delivery -Delivered within 2 to 4 working days.

Please note orders placed after 3pm Friday will be shipped on Monday and delivered Tuesday.

All German orders are shipped with DHL and are fully trackable. Please note DHL Mail will not deliver on Bank Holidays.

Please note during busy sale periods order processing may take slightly longer.

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfilment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 1 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process. During sale period the processing time can increase to up to 3 working days.

After your payment is authorised and verified, standard orders can still take 2 business days to process. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays.

Shipping fees

Shipping fees are fully refundable. If you refuse any shipments from alleon-cologne.com, we will be responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us.

DELIVERY CLAIMS

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 5 days to file a claim.

We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).

ALLEON does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock: we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock.

RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING SHIPPING

While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, in order to protect our customers, ALLEON reserves the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided.

Additionally, ALLEON reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:

An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”

An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,

Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, ALLEON reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

Customs & Import fees 

As all orders are currently shipped from Germany and so you may be subject to additional import fees upon delivery.

USA – All orders above US$800 will be subject to an import tax. For more information, please check with the US Customs and Border Protection Department.

Return

We are happy to accept returns FREE OF CHARGE, any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all security tags and labels and that is despatched to us within 60 days of receipt by you.

Simply email us for the return address at support@alleon-cologne.com with your order number and the reason why you wish to return your item(s).

In order to return your garments you MUST have access to a printer.

Here are the steps you need to follow to send any items back to us:

1. Click here, or copy & paste the following URL to access our online returns portal - http://return.alleon-cologne.com/ 

2. Log in using the following details - your order number and your email.

3. Enter the requested details on the next page

4. Read & accept the T&C’s

5. Print the return label once generated

6. Wrap your item/s & this completed return form

7. Securely attach the return label 

8. Take your parcel to your local depot and pay the postage fee.

All payments will be credited back to the original purchaser’s credit card.

Returns for refund will proceed within 5-10 working days of receiving the item, however card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete. This depends on their processing time and can vary greatly between card issuers. Unfortunately, we are therefore unable to influence this. Returns are FREE OF CHARGE. Sale items or items purchased in the sale section can be returned for STORE CREDIT only. Please email support@alleon-cologne.com with your order number.

Exchanges

You have 60 days from the shipping date to exchange your purchase from alleon-cologne.com FREE OF CHARGE. You can change the size of your items or change the fabric. If you prefer to exchange it for another item, you must ask for a return and make a new purchase. Exchanging an item bought on alleon-cologne.com is very easy.

We aim to process all returns within 5 working days of receipt. Please note this may take slightly longer during busy periods.

Sale Items 

Sale items or items purchased in the sale section can be returned for STORE CREDIT only. Please email support@alleon-cologne.com with your order number
